After the application of the perm liquid, Echos Perm P1, Echos Perm P2 or Synergy Perm, use Echos Perm Universal Neutralizerto fix and stabilise the new hair shape, rebalancing its physiological pH. Its fluid consistency allows easy and rapid application over the entire length of the hair.
It has a restructuring action, in that it promotes keratin reconstruction of the hair, recomposing the sulphur bridges and rebalancing the hair shaft. It gives elasticity, softness, hydration and shine to the curl, while ensuring the new shape durability.
It contains Herbal Extracts, such as Nettle, Sage, Yarrow and Rosemary, and Organic Chestnut Extract, which helps to repair damaged hair, retain moisture and protect hair from aggressive services.
